I start my summers with snow

I start my summers with snow.

It's a trend, I think.

For three years in a row, now, I have arrived at my summer park and
been greeted by snow. Last night I got to experience something I've
longed to see for years: thunder snow!!! How exciting! There were a
good two inches of the stuff on my car this morning. My snow brush
wasn't so easy to dig out, but I got to it eventually, thank goodness.

I'm using internet at the one place I can get it within the park,
Wuksachi Lodge, and it's VERY slow. I'm actually sending this blog
post by email to post it because the connection can't seem to handle
loading the blogger website. Oh well. There's zero cell service up
here, also, so there won't be any phone calls, either. Which means: if
you'd like to get a hold of me, your best bet is probably to write me
a letter! How cool is that!?

My p.o. box is fully functional and I've already received a couple
items of mail at box 20 in Sequoia National Park at zip code 93262...
hint, hint. ;)

I'll try to experiment next time I get on with loading pictures using
the email-posting method. Might be a week or two, though.

Until next time!
